Incorporated NLP techniques to process and interpret user queries for more accurate responses.
RAG Chatbot
Developed an intelligent Bank Chatbot that provides instant responses to customer queries by retrieving relevant information from banking documents and knowledge bases. Generated text embeddings using Sentence Transformers, performed semantic search with FAISS, and utilized a Hugging Face language model to generate accurate and contextually relevant responses.
